One of the most dangerous moves someone can pull on you, a choke, is nullified by this technique. I'm not quite sure if it'll work in practice, but it does seem to work in theory...

I was taught this the other day and they do train another technique. You grab one hand and you superman palm down the other, breaking the choke.

@Whiio360 the same...as i already know..girls can hurt there too,ofcourse not get paralyzed like when we men get a kick to the balls rofl...but yet its painful for the woman down there cause these regions both men and women are simply sensitive parts of the body ;) !!
