@dlpmario Well I think that's the first step, right? We have to recognize it in ourselves first and realize all the blocks to the truth that we keep in ourselves. And then sometimes for good reason.

@dlpmario Yeah, I think that people have a 50-50 chance at telling correctly when someone is lying. But people tend to show more, much more than they consciously know, and that's why I like to predict behaviour based on microexpressions and a little bit of trickery. Don't feel anxious when you show signs of lying, 99% of the people around you won't know a thing!

@AdamsTeinz ha ha ha, that's hillarious and highly informative... If non-verbal language is about 60% of all communication between people, that means we are in for a real problem, because no one can tell for sure when someone is lying... except for people like us hha...

Since I started to study micro expressions and body language, I ALWAYS notice the signs of lying ON ME... I hate it because it makes me feel anxious... But it is still difficult for me to know when someone else is lying...

@dlpmario I sometimes do that... I mean smile at bloody things... And I do this all the time, I like to show different emotions. And sometimes I catch myself, when I lie to a teacher or so, I shrug one shoulder. And they don't give a hell about it. Nobody knows. Sometimes I even tell the truth but I throw a bone, such as saying yes and shaking my head no. My friend lul'd, when I lied to a friend, he was there, and I did the yes/no, and she didn't notice at all.

@AdamsTeinz I understand how you feel about it. Some of my friends make fun of me because they don't believe in microexpressions. But you better worry if you show a pic of a very nice girl to a boy and he shows disgust... and when you show him a pic of a bloody thing such as a dead body he shows arousal... that means he is probably a sociopath hahaha then you're probably in trouble...

I like your litte experiment you ran with your friends by showing disgust microexpressions while talking...

It's funny that most people don't get it, don't understand emotions, even when I show them for a long period of time, people confuse it. I tell people which emotions they can choose from, and that I'll show them pics, and they get about 5 out of 14 correct. Microexpressions are even worse. I and my friend got through the METT and SETT training and now I am showing (just for fun) disgust microexpressions when I talk to someone, and nobody got offended! Funny
