  • 1941: Used to instill fear in the enemy.

2011: Used in thousands of movies as the stock 'generic airplane crashing' sound.

    Funny how things change.

  • @sheyon1000 True! Though, usually the first few rounds won't get you, just the guys around you.

  • @redreaper2020 u wownt hear the brrp before u get fucked..the bullets are faster then the brrrrp!

  • @JLennon1998 I wasn't being sarcastic. Your comment was precisely on target.

If I hear a "BRRRRRRRRRRRP" in the skies, I know I'm fucked; same as if you're in a Hotchkiss and you hear this thing. It is literally the sound of approaching death.

  • @redreaper2020 If your being sarcastic I didnt mean exact sound wise i meant in terms of fear factor & shock and awe.

  • @JLennon1998 how shockingly accurate.

  • @kurbalaganda well before Hitler came around, but due to their wealth, the population of Germany became envious and despised them. If the economy had kept circulating all the way around, Hitler would never have been able to turn the people against the Jews. when a wealthy class forms, those below them have two different thoughts: to work hard and be like them, or they become discontent. So why did it have to happen? Because they were there, there was a logical reason, and they were attacked.

  • @kurbalaganda So whether you are a Nazi and think it was A-OK, or if you are, well, you, a morally-driven, emotional, illogical person who doesn't think everything through and weighs everything personally, IT HAPPENED! You can't deny that it happened, I can't deny that it happened, but it happened for a reason. If you're sitting here thinking that it happened on a whim and was for no reason other than racist hate, you are sadly mistaken. The Germans and the Jews lived just fine together ...

  • @kurbalaganda economic boom. So the KKK only really did what they did because they felt superiority. The Germans came to think that way, or so we believe, however there was an extremely logical reason for the Jews to be targeted. I never said, as before, that what was done was right. I simply said it made sense. My people were placed under the same conditions because we wouldn't fight in a war, so I do know how utterly horrendous the situation was, we were also behind the fences ...

  • @kurbalaganda Also, with your comparison to the KKK, it doesn't hold water. The KKK were a racist group who went AGAINST the government for their own moral issues. The Nazis were part of the government and their basis for targeting Jews was founded since the Jews had most of the money and kept it circulating to their demographic. The African Americans of the 1950s were lower middle class or poor, that doesn't fit to your comparison at all. Even more so, America at that time was in an ...

  • @kurbalaganda Yes, some knew their lives were in danger, and they left, but depending on where they went, it didn't do them much good. As an overall average, the Jews were much more concerned with material aspects instead of their own lives. Once more, you can read any autobiography of a survivour, watch movies based on autobiographies of survivours, what is the one thing they ALL do in common? Hide their money.
