There's no way Slash is better than Buckethead. I like both of them, but Buckethead has got better songs than Slash, Buckethead was too good for being in GNR, he's more than fast shredding, he's better alone and Slash was better in GNR era.

Slash's sound is always the same, and it's cool; Buckethead experiments in many genres in more than 30 albums. They just can't be compared.

Man, i didnt say that he is better on "skills", cuz he is better in everything (feeling , timing ,technic ,speed etc). Now go listen to his stuff and u nevermore will write down a s*** like "Buckethead does not have the ability to write anthems like Paradise City"... Thank u.

If you study or studied music you'll know that the slash's solo (in the video I shared) is was better, the rythm, the sound, the tecnique (BH just stays in that area, Slash goes through the whole guitar) and you should know that speed in the left hand's fingers isn't everything

Buckethead is lightyears ahead of Slash in technical ability, but Slash has the more memorable solos and he is the king of writing melodic rock riffs.... I think people are forgetting that slash wrote the song, and BH is using the melodies that Slash wrote as the backbone of his solo. Anybody can play fast, and even though BH still plays with feeling fast, the song itself is strong and that's really most important, and thats a gift slash has is being able to come up with solid riffs.
