Hi Roisin,
is it really December ? Unbelievable...and I love these unrehearsed church bells too. You are right that Michael can be very direct but he has the ability to point out what we need to hear.
Reflection is the seed of action, focused action, because we get clarity. Action without clarity is pointless, is it not ? Action with clarity gets us close to our goals.
