According to a memo signed by Sam Palmisano, they wanted to cut the costs further by reducing the Team Fund from 2500 PhP to 1000 PhP PER PERSON per MONTH. Are you saying they now lowered the bar even deeper to just a mere 200 PhP. Wow IBM that gives a whole lot of meaning to the word PATHETIC. At least I brought home at least an LCD monitor, 5 computer mice, 4 keyboards, and 2 GN headsets. For all the damages they cost me...

@purehuman Let me tell you something... There is nothing wrong with the payroll system. It's just that someone stole the Payroll money that was supposed to cover the OTs, Holiday Pays, and Night Differentials. Here's a clue: Management. Fortunately, I was able to find out about it but they hurriedly wanted to fire me to not cause trouble to them. Someone has his/her pocket filled with your own money.

FACT: IBM Daksh failed to pay WebTime the liscence fee which resulted in the abrupt termination of all of the employees Daily Time Records. They still owe the company money and are deducting it from the employees salary. The deductions are disguised as overpayments, tax deductions, and unsolicited OTs that should have been paid for.

This explains why they used WISE all of a sudden. Inside sources say that IBM GBS is still planning to allocate more deductions to cover the cost to pay WebTime,

This makes me wish Einstein is still alive to have a look-see at their computations. I am 100% certain they are making things up to gather funds for whatever purpose it may serve them.

they gave me 20K sign in bonus in December.. Guess what.. tax witheld is 18K.. ITR arrived today.. Guess what.. Total tax witheld for the whole year is 18K.. Man, that's just the amount they deducted in December! The sum of tax witheld last year was 24K! Where's my 6K? I don't believe that they are just fucking retarted.. Something's going on here man..
