Very rare fight shaolin kung fu vs. Korean tae kwon do

before you guys go on talking about a mma guy beating a shaolin monk, please, learn a bit more about both mma and shaolin kung fu. if you guys know anything about kung fu you will know for Qi is (i think its spelled that way cant remember 100%) its energy in english. a shaolin kung fu monk can break a 5 inch wide steel bar on his head, hand, legs, chest and his crotch. just watch some videos of them fighting here on youtube and you will see that some of these guys could beat some mma guys easy.

it's more than likely a demonstration. there is sport kung fu called san shou. the chinese mlitary trains in it too.

mma has become its own martial art it is one of the bet deffenses in a street fight. however and i do jiu jitsu i would never bring someone to the ground when the got 4 or five of there friends with them i would run or if there is no option but to fight i would end it as fast as i could with my muay thai ,and aikido training.multi attackers muay thai,aikido,and krav maga is good. one on one i will use my mma training to end it fast. and i do mma,and aikido and im not an airhead or a meathead.
