Karate, as Kung Fu, was invented for combat and has been used effectively in war, to kill. I have fought MAtists from over the world, some good, some not. Some I beat, others beat me :-P With karate I've beaten MMAtists and at other times MMAtists have beaten me. UFC is a game played by rules - the guys compete, they don't "fight". Without rules, it's a whole different ball game. I don't know why I'm even responding to this thread :-) Btw, the "karate" guy in this clip is in fact a TKD guy ;-)

No. Not everything that went smoothly in a fight is choreographed. HOW ABOUT UFC AND MMA FIGHTS ARE CHOREOGRAHPED? Bullshit right? So this isnt Choreographed.

Nope. Traditional masters dont go on this type of shows cause they were thought to pass on the skills not to use it to earn fame and money unlike teaching other students but accepting fees. And traditional styles involves alot of moves that are prohibited by rules in the match.I used to thought traditional styles are crap until my friends and I jump one....
