If you thought it was bad in Detroit last year when over 60,000 people lined up for Free Obama Money and most didn't even know where the money came on. Tens of thousands of people rioted over free Housing Vouchers by the Department of Urban Development aka Money for Blackey Department. On the same day this happened Obama gave away 3 billion dollars, this taxpayer money to people who like them.

I used to live near Atlanta. Atlanta is 80 percent African-American. I tried working there when I was young. That place is a joke. It's impossible to work with people like this. Atlanta has the hottest, most humid summers every year. There are water shortages almost every summer. There is so much traffic there. I hate Atlanta. Atlanta does have Six Flags Over Georgia, but I would rather go to Orlando or a beach in Florida.

@armcrash There is a regulation that states that federal applications have to be required in paper form and they must be accessible to the public. The problem with that is that the ACLU would sue and it would be a gigantic mess. Then some one would complain that there is no internet access for the community even though most of them have smart phones with 3g speeds. Then next is give them laptops to access the internet. Thats why these things happen.
