i just made an attempt to kill it, i was SO close to killing it, i did at least 500,000 damage, shouldn't it have less hp?

There is no cheat here, the point is that Mime+Counter materias can repeat limit breaks once a character is attacked.
I just boosted Cid´s luck to 255 with Gelnika enemy Luck sources to rise the double damage frecuency and here you have the result.
