  • hey so is this insted of eating or do you drink this and still like exaple eat your 3 meals a day or does it just drink these smoothies insted of the 3 meals a day

  • @XxROBERTSONx We don't advocate a smoothie-only diet. Green smoothies are a whole food option for getting extra greens into your diet by hiding them with sweet fruit in a way that provides maximum absorption. There is no need to replace solid food with green smoothies. I drink a big one for breakfast every day, but mainly for convenience now...
