MOUNT VERNON — The arraignment for multiple-slaying defendant Isaac L. Zamora was delayed today for two weeks to give a death-qualified attorney time to take the lead on the case.
That attorney will be Wesley Richards, a Seattle public defender who has experience in three potential death penalty cases. Another outside attorney will be hired by the Public Defenders Office to assist Richards.
and you know that for a fact because your a docter thats why they have just said he is competent to stand trial
