They don't only get your information through voter registration, but also through DMV records.

The government keeps record you dip shit there's no way around jury duty unless if you are a single parent, full-time college student, racist (people use it as excuse LOL), none citizen

Dude you're a stupid dumbass. If you throw out the letter, they'll only send you another one and eventually they'll ring your door bell and require signed confirmation. Eventually when it becomes obvious you're avoiding them, the judge can issue an order for your arrest.

Two words; "BENCH WARRANT" and then there's no way out. An easier way is when they send you the summons and survey form, simply write on the survey form, "If I hear of any suppressed witnesses, testimony, or evidence, I can no longer be objective and will automatically find for the other side." For years, I kept getting jury summons (Random my a**) and after sending that, I was immediately excused and haven't received a jury summons since.

I have experience with this, this video is 100% accurate. Bonus: It helps NOT to live in a small town where everyone sees and talks to each other on a regular basis. Extra bonus: If you do live in a small town where that is the case, take a vacation or travel to your summer home(s) as REGULARLY as possible so it doesn't look like a coincidence! If you do get caught argue, Article XIII, Section 1, U.S. Constitution, also Amendment IV, Amendment V. Believe me, the judge will not want to see you!
