@MsJBunny215 U Ms have to be one of the baddest ive seen in quite some time.. I can tell u wrk out alot cuz there arent too many women who can keep themselves sideways while holding the pole 6 feet up. Keep wrkn hard boo.. Ps ima show my girl this shit hopefully she can learn a thing or two.lol

@2thick009 . I couldnt say that " Strippers" have certain or just one workout that they do . Each person is different. However Pole is a workout entirely by itself.
