MGS4 Act 1 "Extreme" Speedrun New Game 24:32 Part 3/3

I am happier now with the overall time 24:32 is a good distance away from my sub 25 target. I couldn't improve on this much, with more attention against the Frogs and more use of the Sleep Gas Mines it could yet be faster; however I think I will leave it at that for now.

All in all the run is better than last time with less room for improvement. This run is for Act 1 only, I don't intend on doing a full game speedrun though I have already achieved a sub 3 hour time, a time lower than 2:40 is possible from a new game.

I don't mean to criticize because you are the best at MGS around and I am definitely unable to follow your moves but if you wanna trim down the time a bit you could try punching akiba during his dump scene or unequipping and equipping items after a knife stab or CQC throw

You are allowed to be critical, however this run was done a long time ago and was at the time the fastest method around, of course newer tricks have been found and this could be overall 7 minutes faster, however it has given people a platform to build on which people have done very well :-)

if u like this speedrun you should watch mosaicj speedrun he does 7min faster. dont get me wrong adnan is very good.

pls make a complete walkthrough of speedrun/ BBE run.. your guide is the best and most least complicated than any other bbe/speed run..
