@JoeMuffinMan , this is a 100 watt Marshall combo, i don't use any effects for the distortion, just the dirty channel but not pushed too far, 'cause it will sound too muddy (or metal! kidding), and my axe is a cheap Epiphone Les Paul. Cheers! Fred.

@satanwilleatyursoul Bands like The Exploited still don't lnow how to play guitar or bass and they do well. If you want to be a pro player, you only have to learn 2 chords and that's it. The rest is picking techiques.
