@HyDRoLAF It's about portion control and you should be eating every 3 or 4 hours to keep your metabolism up. The problem is that most people eat 2 or 3 Giant meals every day. Going to mcdonalds 10 times a day and getting a mcdouble each time is actually way healthier than going their for breakfast, lunch and dinner and getting big meals.
You guys can all it all you want, I call that a heart attack in a bun! The guy seems pretty cool though... I usually just stuff a bunch of fry's into the cheeseburger...
take a shit on one bun and put the other bun on top that is the way they do it
