@THEATREofPAIN270 - I feel for you, my friend! This song, SO MUCH, reminds me of my own Dad, as does "China Grove" - when he was like a God to me; but, also, my best and kindest friend!
My Dad died from asbestos exposure on/from US Submarines (EN1 SS) in the 1960s, but, didn't "GO" until 2004 - when his ONLY Grandson was three (3) - SO, I know the pain you're feeling - believe me, I do!

My memories of this song makes me smile and think of good times. A few years back my step father was going trough kidney failure and went blind from diabetes. He used to make me put this song on everyday because it was his favorite. He would always say turn it up. So this ones for you Billy. Your grandkids are doing great and so is Christine, She still makes the best pancakes. R.I.P. I think of you often..............
