at 3:15. Dude, that security guard is off his property. You can kill him or do anything to him. He cannot do anything to you. He violate the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services policy. As a security officer, when you are assign to patrol a property. You cannot leave your property chasing anyone. If you do so, the law will not protect you if you get shot. I know this because I am a security officer. I follow BSIS procedure and policy.
