Sony Vegas RENDERING problems FIXED!

SONY VEGAS "SYSTEM IS LOW ON MEMORY" FIX

PS: If you had any motion blur in your original faulty project, you will need to redo that in the new one. I just forgot to show it in the vid and im too lazy to make a new tutorial :P

PPS. YES i know theres a mistake with the number 1 instead of 2. i was doing this in a hurry at 3am in the morning. cut me some slack please.

i dont have this problem but after i rendered my vid, the sound of the vid is slower than the video so that after 3 minutes the sound is so far away from the picture that it doesnt make sense anymore. i already tried to render in another format and play with different players but it doesnt work.

how can i solve this problem? PLZ HELP, ITS IMPORTANT :S
