@xEnRICHeD Thats exactly right, when i get a minute I'll post a vid of my set up and the keyboard shortcuts i use. It might be worth mentioning that i work on PC not MAC, the keyboard shortcut for making the brush smaller is [ , and to make it larger press the ]  key.

@Juppie902 It looks as though the dynamics are set to pen pressure, so the opacity and width depend upon how much pressure is applied to the tablet via the pen.

What tools do u use for sketching in Photoshop CS 3? i never found anything like that :) also isnt its hard to switch brushes/brush sizes every second?
