Great win no doubt AT ALL, but geez the race caller milked it for all it was worth! It was a brilliant ride to save so much ground along the inside then hook around them in the straight but she always looked threatening so to say she looked like she had no chance is a bit rich

As good as this mare was on that Santa Anita pro-ride surface, I really do believe if Shirreffs had run in the Classic instead of the Ladies Classic in 2008 that she would've been looking for a third Breeders Cup Classic win when she came to Churchill Downs in 2010. I think she would've sent Ravens Pass, Henrythenavigator, Tiago, Curlin, and the whole nine yards of them packing back home with nothing but a ton of heartbreak and whole lot of excuses!!! But TJMO.

Without question, Zenyatta proved she belonged with the best of the best of the boys in both Breeders Cup Classic's. This mare was for real, and she proved it at Santa Anita and Churchill Downs. But I always felt like the Dubai World Cup, especially once the race moved to Meydan onto a synthetic surface, was the one really big race the Moss's should've went and got with Zenyatta. As good as this mare was on all synthetic surfaces, I don't know who could've or would've stopped her in Dubai? TJMO.

Actually, 7:23. And no, you are not imagining it...I use that mofo moment to find myself in the crowd, because the bad word occurs just when she is passing me. XD Obviously, the person swearing did not box their Gio Ponti/Zenyatta exacta.
