Hey! Great job! I started the viola in the 7th grade (back in 1998 LOL) and I dropped it after a year. But seeing this has inspired me to bring that little bugger out of the closet and give it a little TLC =] I wish you the best of luck in your teaching endeavors. If it weren't for enthusiastic and curious musicians to pass down the love and gift of music, the world would be, well, nothing quite so special. Keep it up!

Very pleasant! Thank you. I am 70 years old, and just started practicing on a viola a month ago. I have no previous musical experience, and I go online to listen to the most horrible and the most satisfying viola music. Keep up the excellent work!!

I'd like to hear you play your trumpet as well. Thank you for your videos. Such an encouragement, as I started playing violin 6 months ago (and I'm 56).

@kittymime I'm still working on it. I've got this part down pretty well now, still having troubles with some of the second part. I went to college on trumpet, so I know exactly how it can take awhile to get an etude right.

@omercanbakkalci Sorry for my late reply... it's a sticker called Don't Fret. I have tapes also, but I like the sticker better. It's been really great for learning how to shift.
