This is Shinobido 2 (AKA Shinobido 2: Revenge of the Zen in the west), which just had a demo released for it yesterday. The game is made by Acquire and published by Spike. It is created by the original Tenchu developers -- and it is a lot of fun.

Looks like ive found my reason to grab the Vita! Uncharted, not made by ND, but this is made by the people who made some of the best and now nostalgic games of my mid-late teen years!
