  • Thanks for showing the work out on a doable level. The other videos are like a Hollywood film. My fitness vibrating machine is on it's way to me and haven't received it yet. I am so glad I saw your video on what NOT to do when I get on it. I have arthritis and balance deficits and your tips were great. Thanks Linda. :-)
