@weezyfan25 It inflates a bladder around your mid foot to give you a more secure fit. You can adjust the fit by using the air release on the back.

@Sinknight89 This pair? Reebok makes pump running shoes but I wouldn't wear this pair for running as their heavy.

@shoegoil Yeah, I dont know if you can still get them because I think they flopped on sales, but when my mum went to USA back in 2005 (I live in UK) I told her to get me some of the new reebok auto pumps, you just twisted a knob on the side of the shoe, put your foot in and as you walked the pumped up around your feet instead of laces, to take them off you turned the knob the other way. A pair of white reebok pump basketball shoes came free with them too, they were awesome and really comfortable
