Keep things simple and you will grow!

Eat your FORGED sandwiches too - Turkey, tomato, sliced peppers, pepperjack cheese on whole grain!

  • If I had guts I would take a ticket to Omaha and enroll in your Old School Training Camp. You are oozing energy and masculinity. What kind of people do you train ? Ordinary people can take benefits from your taining methods (and survive ... LOL) ?

    Our number 1 rule is that your 110% Committed - that's it.

    The rest takes care of itself.
