Gosh, I guess since everyone who asks "how do you do this" needs to turn up their graphics. Its the wind effect that FSX gives, but you need to have a good computer to have the graphics up high enough. This guy must have just turned the graphics up for the first time, or trying to scam us. its not dumping fuel. Lol. It happens on mine too because the graphics are 100% on mine.

you cant dump fuel in a 737-800. its not built that way.
