    James was an absolute demon back in the day. And that's what made him such an iconic figure on stage. The world's great frontmen acted like God onstage, even if it went against every iota of their personalities.. Ever since he got married and had kids, his musical persona suffered and he just simply wasn't the same anymore. That doesn't mean he's not a legend, I just wish I got to see the pre-1993 Hetfield in action.
