Staples told me that to replace the "S" key cover I would need a new keyboard and it would cost $50 -$100. The labor would be $50-$60. Interesting, when I took computer repair at Abram Friedman Occupational Center, the training did not include laptops. If i were a desktop keyboard I can replace that for less than $10. You and youtube saved me..heck I only paid $50 for the laptop why would I want to put out an amount that for a few dollars more I could buy a new one. Checkout laptop keys.com too
