Actualy no one can actualy know that. You first have to find the answer to the movie American psycho which is did Patrick actualy kill those people or was it all in his head, it is a question that cant be answered but if it ever was answered and Patrick "did" kill all those people then I would have to say Patrick would most likely get dexter in the end but if patrick only killed one or two of the people that it shows in the movie then Dexter would win.
