Obviously more than half of the monotony that you're referring to has it's uses. You can't make a living without following some kind of consistency. Your view is one sided. Until you actually include the pros, not just the cons, your arguments will be no more valid than the "pro's only" group of people. It'd be like saying following a diet is monotonous slavery - no, you actually need that consistency to have a successive growth pattern for success. It's a good start though, w/ valid points.

@vindactive I agree to some extent with you. I just really like the video because it brings up points nobody wants to here, stuff to think about. This is not my video, I mirrored it. My belief is more one of practically; I think schools have failed miserably at what they are suppose to do for the tax money spent on them. I want them to be funded just like any thing else on the market, if they do good they get customers and money. If not they go out of business.

@lemsip i agree...but either that or silent rooms i went to a school that had dividers and OMG was it ever loud and noisy i got suspended everyday because i just couldnt think straight

Schools should not have more than 500 children in them. The problem with schools these days is that they are too large.

bs, without school how is one going to learn about medicine, build a building, do a trade.... etc etc your going to have to have some prior knowledge of the things people have done before you, and then you are set out after 18 years into the world....you still have a life... people slack in school because they don't find interest in it or are just lazy, either way mcdonalds is always hiring.

@AlabamaPrivateer Well I can agree with that - it does rouse the imagination as to how and what needs to be reformed. Because there sure is a lot. But as far as being a balanced argument or perspective, not at all in my opinion. As far as treating schools like businesses; i suppose the "race to the top" follows this criteria. Schools competing for funding. It's an initiative recently enacted by the president. It actually requires schools to 'get their shit together', rather than a blank check.
