They reposition an implant lens.
Probably the implanted lens moved out of its place and now they have to fix.
Lens implants can be the only solution to diseases you get that damage your natural lens. One example is cataract.
Here they have to put it back because the implant moved. Can happen if you get your head badly smacked or if it was not well enough placed in the first place.
