@fabohair Thank you for replying, fabo. I'm going to start back taking silica - it really is a great supplement for the hair. Cilantro is a pretty stong 'parsley', so I would agree with the idea of only using small amounts at a time for juicing. Thanks again and happy Holy weekend!

Great recipe! I love juicing and I add cilantro to everything :) It cleared my face like whoa!

@MamaTrina -Hi Mama, I use cilantro in small quantities when I juice. I've been focusing on adding more greens to my juice vs fruits. Juicing has given me some great results on my skin but honestly, taking silica supplements has also really helped as well. I wrote all about it on my blog.

I have that same juicer and i hate that sick foam at the top. leaves u gasy! but thats a good idea, u ever thought about adding that juice to a shampoo and using it directly in the hair?

@Ahdree23 -I never tried adding the juice to a shampoo. I think the most optimal benefit comes from taking it in internally.
