Punishmen for ofences should not involve money. the government should not be alowed to profit from crime just by calling it a fine. take money out of cops/courts and the system will fix it self. the only resone we have people in court than did no wrong but did break a law is because cash is involved. corupt people wont be there if ther in nothing to put in there pocket.
