Nice explanation on the st.HP. Idiots like me now fully understand the buff. I don 't know why but hos headbutt recovery felt a lil bit faster, or thats prolly bxos ive stayed in training mode since its come out.

@CoopZillaTron You're welcome, and it is possible because the developers did say there would be 'mystery' changes that wouldn't be announced, that we would have to find out on our own. It may be possible that he had some changes to the recovery...still sucks though lol

U didn't mention about the ex headbutt it does 150 now and the headbutt with hp does 140

@SCHeartless Also dude, I was testing OH, cr.MP, Headbutt on Viper. The headbutt was whiffing, have I got this wrong or have you just missed it?
