Today Chinese Box releases it's first, and hopefully it's last sad video. Because of the ankle injury he's been suffering from since last winter, Alex now has to quit tricking. He's seen several doctors who all agreed he should stop, so this is quite probably the last video you'll see of him. It's a little compilation of recent footage and stuff he'd been working on while trying to recover from the injury.

  • Tian Gong - healing is in to understand more of.

How to do so, how to heal remarkably is now currently being offered by my sifu - thru Tian Gong I've healed things "impossible" to heal.

Meaning we can liquidify the spine for moments of time using sound resonance of Qi, meaning we can come back to the game of life, living stronger and in even better game-form.

Here we be for it, check it here:

    tiangong.org.

    Peace!

Happy healing, and away we fly one day.

Seriously so, Qi can lift us up in mind.

  • Fuck concrete!!! the nice spots aren't worth those numerous injuries :P that's my motto since my knee injury and i'd tell that to everyone ... no one listens though :\\

  • is he better now?

  • drink some noni, maybe that will help...

  • @travisgoode

this is for sure a very sad thing, mate. nobody knows better than me, how much it kills mentality if you want, really want something but can't reach it because your body limits you.

but if you can't prevent, then work against it, and don't say you suffer and still trick on concrete.

i've been operated for 14 times on my left leg, by a rupure of my epiphyseal cartilage, and what now? i work my fucking ass off to be able to trick, even though the doctor says i'd never do again

  • @NewGenerationTricks eh you've been injured so you know and the ankle is something that's still a issue recently i broke my tail bone even on mats if i land on it i can almost be knocked out by pain, yes I've started teaching more and doing a lot more coaching but i refuse and just can't give up or stop something that changes you're life in such a way. I know Alex has already talked about it and it follows his even to mats : / but I'm sure Alex has around the same mind set with this video

  • @alexsayhi I follow the passion of tricking for 4 years now and after many dislocations on my shoulder and a sprained ankle that has had to be operated for 11 times till now, I realized where my limits are, when I have to stop and when it's too much.

I DO understand how hard this is for you, but it's nothing you should complain about when you don't do anything while training for your body. You can chill in training, be careful, help other people. This is the same passion - share ur skill!

  • @NewGenerationTricks Yeah you might be right I shouldn't be flipping on concrete when i'm injured. But when you have an injury that has been there for almost 5 years now, you just wanna keep doing what you love, even if it hurts i suppose. I don't wish you the same, but i guess you would need to see what it feels like first. Anyway I should get an operation in a few months. Let's see what happens, maybe i'll come back and will be able to enjoy my passion again.

    Best of luck to you.

  • i felt like watching this again today, i haven't seen it for a few months, i loved the way it was filmed and edited

  • did you slip?
