Hey so I am fluent in Chinese but I still didn't get part of this - what's the "river crabs" referring to? The caption says it means "internet censorship" - is that correct? What would be the corresponding Chinese characters?

I think it refers to the Chinese's governments censorship. the corresponding characters are 和谐 (harmonious)
