  • I want to see this movie.

I saw the Disney version but this one seems cool.

Salma Hayek is so beutiful she is a perfect Esmeralda.

  • I love how much bad history is screwing with the movie's presentation of this book....the idea that peasants would have interest in intellectual revolution back then is laughable.

  • This film,to me, represents the ultimate cruelty; one appeared in the time of barbarian inhuman Europe and bloody Church !! what a shame history !

  • I like this version of the Hunchback. Mandy Pantinkin is great, Richard Harris a good Frollo and Salma Hayek the perfect Esmeralda.

I wish they would do a new version with Alan Rickman as Frollo

  • I thought Selma was the perfect Esmeralda, too, until I saw her dancing

  • @swastikausa were they slaves? would they describe themselves as such? i think most medieval townsfolk would take serious offense to that comparison.

  • would not slaves dream of freedom.

  • Ive favourited this because of Mandy Pantinkin - hes absolutely lovely in this.

Even as Im not a fan of the actual story. :)

  • At 1:52 I couldn't help but think. Stop praying and pick the dang baby up! IT's raining!

  • @TsarIvanIV yeah, wonder why that is

  • prowd to be a gypsy

  • Damn! I thought Sama was in her late teens in this movie, but turns out she was 31!!
