What more did the tight fisted public want for their few pounds? I would suggest that they got nothing less than what they paid for. If they were looking for a magical snow queen gliding majestically through the night sky on a golden sleigh, pulled by mystical flying reindeer, than they should have taken their snotty nosed little bastards to the real Lapland.
