@JohnToner320 What should he do if the Republicans block EVERYTHING? I live in Germany and even here we hear every day in the news how he couldn't pass a law again due to the Republicans sticking the rich the money in their ass and even letting their state go broke before they accept to increase the taxis for the rich!
