  • Kenny Vance's claim to fame is that he was with Jay & the Americans. Seen them perform when he was still a "Newie".

Personally I like both versions. They both bring something to the table.

  • @kawaim0m0 I guess the loss of the "soul" and the change of the lyrics seem like a rip off to me. Similar to what Pat Boone did to Little Richard. I will grant you that these guys do have decent harmony. :-)

  • @gingerbread1231 Why all that shame? I also love The Persusasions version much more than this one. But anyway it's a good cover and made many whities to realize about this sog, and subsequently the Persuasions one as well

  • One of the worst covers ever! They butchered this song they STOLE from The Persuasions. Shame on them!!!

  • the best music & harmony you will ever find. thanks planotones. great job.

  • :) Thank You, John...great share :)

  • Erasmus Hall High School was my heaven from 1963 - 1966.

  • What an beautiful & amazing voice - tenor & falsetto. Enjoy all his concerts & whatever song is playing, is my favorite. They are all my favorites. Never get tired for hearing him sing via CD or in concert. Thanks for posting.
