@PhunkyLadie12 I worked my tail off getting the grades that I got but of course since it's a "Christian" school, apparently you believe that there is no way for students to get a legit education right? I was well prepared for college by the time I graduated from here and when you compare this school to the schools in the surrounding area, DC's test scores are pretty darn good. I say that you all should do your research before bashing something that you apparently do not understand anything about

Okay. So, look...as a DCHS grad, I can definitely say this place was not perfect but having gone to public school before attending DC, I would much rather have been at DC then back at public school. If you want to send your child to a school that has problems with drugs and sex, then go right on ahead. And saying that DC grads have no chance at Harvard or MIT, that's crap. The teachers at DC don't play around when it comes to education.

Some of these comments are quite ridiculous. I graduated from here and I'd love to have an educated discussion with anyone of you commenters.

Parents pay a huge bill to send their children to this schoool. I've never heard a negative comment from a parent or a student about Dayton Christian Schools. If I could afford it, I would send my children there!!!

I can't even begin to think what kind of damage the adults who run these 'schools' have done to those children. I know that I am still dealing with the 'religious' education I received as a child. Imagine 13,000 hrs. of religious indoctrination? It is completely unbelievable that in this day and age, we still have to deal with the fundamentalists of any faith. Now imagine if these same children had been taught to think critically and with facts to back their hypotheses up? What a difference!

I don't even... I think I'm going to have to convince myself that this is a joke before I can be happy again.

"Welcome to King's Hedges Leprechaun High School.
Here, we teach YOUR child how to think and act like Shamus the Leprechaun from the first moment they walk through the door, to their graduation 12 years later.
All our classes provide a balanced Shamus-centric curriculum - for example, in science we do not allow the Theory of Refraction to go unchallenged against the REAL reason rainbows are formed (by Shamus to show the location of pots of gold, of course).
So, enrol your child today!"

@UberUberLegend91 Zeus isn't real.
As soon as he said "Imagine if those 13,000 hours included how to think and act like jesus christ?" I face palmed so hard that I broke my nose.

Welcome to the Midwest, where you'll find one of these fine institutions per every square mile.

Then society is doomed. I wonder how my better half managed to avoid it...actually I know how she avoided it - she had intelligent, educated parents who knew how to be decent human beings without getting their rules from a book.
