Frozen veggies are just as good for you as fresh and when certain veggies are out of season frozen is a way better option. Frozen veggies are frozen within hours after picking as opposed to fresh which take days to get to the store loosing their nutrients along the way where as frozen say the same from time of picking until serving. So the next time consider this when you are eating "fresh" broccoli in the middle of winter.

@gurlofkilika Yeh you can make all that yourself, easily. And how hard is it to chop vegetables? It takes about 5 minutes tops, for those veges it would take all of 2 mintues going really slow. Its just lazy

So, you've never cooked with frozen veggies? Realistically, where else do you get chopped carrots, corn & beans? Do you chop your own veggie every night? Probably not.
And, store bought crust? What's wrong with that? If you'd ever bought a frozen pizza, waffles or chips... You're such a hypocrite. You can make that all yourself then, right? Hater.

Wow, next time listen to what she is saying. She used Neufchatel crm. cheese which is 1/3 less fat. And most people know that frozen veggies keep their vitamins longer than fresh. Unless you picked it out of your own backyard and used it that day, your 'fresh' veggies have been sitting out for at least 2 days after being harvested and transported from either another state or country. (More reason to buy direct from local farmers markets.) Air causes oxidation/depletion of vitamins.

Wow' I'm sorry but that was a sorry excuse for a pot pie, no seasoning it takes a little more than dressing to flavor chicken. then no bottom crust? just shovel it in a dish and throw a top on it? I thought she'd at least put brush the top with egg wash. for shame,

gag! what is wrong with everyone!??! She uses FROZEN VEGETABLES, a STORE BOUGHT CRUST and packaged CREAMCHEESE! The base spice is SALAD DRESSING for God's sake! This is NOT cooking! This is Betty Crocker gone wrong!
(and why even go for the 'Fat Free Reduced Sodium' chicken stock, when you're using 4 onces of full-fat cream cheese and PASTRY!)
