Miera Makes her Florida Crystals Kiwi Fruit Tart

She mixes 1/4 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of cream of coconut and spreads it on a 3/4 inch slice of pound cake, tops it with sliced fresh tropical fruit and tops it with 1/4 cup Florida Crystals Demerara Cane Sugar before broiling until sugar bubbles. Hope you have as much fun making it as Miera does.

Thank you. You should be able to see the directions in the upper right under "subscribe". There is also another video that shows her going through it with voice. It is a slice of pound cake, with a mixture of yogurt and cream of coconut (or honey), then fruit, then Florida Crystals Demarara sugar broiled on top.
