@moreoreos123 raising taxes on the rich would effect a small, and i do mean small fraction of the budget. How would you take care of the rest?
-
@moreoreos123 1) It is entirely the problem 2) It's not political it's MATHEMATICAL , I know they sound similar but they are 2 completely different things, go google " math" then google " politics" find an adult to read and explain the 2 , and their differences to you. What would happen if we taxed everybody who worked 100% and still went on spending? would you then conclude it was a matter of CUTTING? or would you to want to create a multi-generational indentured servitude tax? I win
-
@carlindelco Spending is the problem? Well. now your just repeating republican talking points. Yes, spending is most of the problem, but it's impossible to fix our debt crisis with only spending cuts. We would have to literally just get rid of medicare, medicaid and social security, as well as any aid we give to the poor. But hey, that's the conservative solution. Fuck the middle class, old and poor people. We couldn't raise taxes on the rich, no, no they couldn't afford that!
-
@carlindelco No i didn't say EVERYTHING i said social security, medicare and medicaid. Learn to read. Our entire budget isn't just those programs. And yes, we could have avoided over 3 trillion dollars worth of debt had we never enacted the bush tax cuts. Ironically, that's the same amount of debt those programs have put us in since the tax cuts enactment. Poor arguments. Stop saying you win. Maybe if taking my comments out of context and telling me to read the constitution is "winning"

@moreoreos123 Yes.. I did. it's his and the dems ideals EVERYTHING that is weighing this country down is a direct results of Liberal policies. The fed should ONLY be in general application and NOT personal consumption READ the Constitution pal. LMAO really?/ all would be paid for if not for bush? Now I know you aren't serious. If you could read and do math you would know that isn't true. We are spending twice as much as we did 10 years ago. SPENDING is the problem! I win. U have NO clue

@carlindelco It is Roosevelts fault we are in this mess today? Why don't you take a look at what our nations deficit is made up of, and then get back to me. Literally, and i mean LITERALLY every bit of debt we're in right now from social security, medicare, medicaid would be paid for had bush never enacted his tax cuts. Get an education and get back to me, jackass. I never said Roosevelt "saved" us from the great depression. I'm simply saying that he isn't the evil socialist cons make himout 2b
-
@moreoreos123 When did the Great depression end? The rest of the world only had a depression not a GREAT depression we had roosevelt they didn't Do you know what " buying on margin " is? Why do you defend Obama ahh I mean roosevelt when there is NO evidence to support a statement that he saved us from the great depression? NONE! It is because of HIM that we are in this mess today!!! the "great society is an abject failure" !!! The fed should ONLY be in general application NOT welfare! I win
-
@carlindelco Yeah, i learned plenty about the "roaring 20's" The great depression wasn't a result of Roosevelt's policies. I can type in all caps too, and be an obnoxious moron. EVER HEAR OF THE STOCK MARKET CRASH OF 1929? EVER HEAR OF PRESIDENT HOOVER, WHO CONTINUED THE SAME SHITTY POLICIES THAT GOT US IN THE DEPRESSION TO BEGIN WITH? FDR started a lot of good programs and did a lot of good things for our country. If it wasn't for him you'd probably have been mining coal when u were 9, prick
-
@moreoreos123 NO the "GREAT Depression" was a result of Roosevelt policies.the rest of the world ONLY had a depression. YOU need to read some history. where did YOU get you information a socialist/liberal professor? Did you ever hear about the Roaring 20's? what preceded that? You will undoubtedly have to LOOK it up, because your lib professor did NOT tel you anything about that. It wasn't until ww2 that we got OUT of the depression, because of the WAR and NOT FDR..DOH!! ur just a kid, not me
-
@carlindelco The depression was because of Roosevelt? Take a history class kid. The Great Depression started before Roosevelt took office. Please explain your reasoning here. I'm well read and this subject and I'd like to shoot down whatever your pitiful argument is.

Heck I also remember one friend that happened to be Vegan actually asked why parents who bought their kids Soda Pop in a Restaurant didn't buy them Chocolate Milk instead, and I was like yeah that is a good question, sure Chocolate Milk has sugar but Soda Pop probably has more Sugar than Chocolate Milk.
And I do think it is stupid to equate giving a Hamburger to heroin distribution, I mean for Pete's sake Heroin is more dangerous from the get go, and Hamburger at least fills a hungry belly.
