As to your question why are they still building the fact of the matter is a builder who doesn't build goes out of business. Mc D's doesn't stop selling burgers because there to many fat people do they? I understand your point of view it will not help this economy but the other thought is who's paying to build these? There must be some optomistic businessmen there.
