This is not a video to prove the existence of any form of kinesis. This is simply a slightly old video I recorded for my self while experimenting my influence on an object using 'mind over matter' principles. Uploaded because a friend asked me to. Every single movement by the object is deliberate and I am in 90% control of which direction the object turns. I don't need my hands to move the object I was just testing how different things effect it.

Object is folded tin foil on a pin stuck in a glue stick.

If you think I'm blowing it or the wind is altering it's movement, then so be it. Please don't ask me to attempt to prove anything.

For those interested in actually exploring whether it is real or not I recommend you search the internet for information such as exercises and techniques. After all, would it not be intelligent to find out in first hand experience whether something is truth or false instead of assuming.

  • Excellent demo of mind over matter. Out of curiosity, do you still continue to develop your ability? I have been training for nearly 10 weeks now. If you have a moment, my video uploads may interest you. Respect to you my friend.

  • I'm glad you enjoyed it. To be honest I don't practice it anymore. I've never really done 'focused training' for over a week at a time, although I definitely should and I will when the correct time comes. You might think, how can he do that in just a week; my other practices such as qigong and meditation naturally develop this ability. You've got very clean videos. Added and subbed. Respect.

  • Thanks msoulja. I've recently started qigong practice myself. All the best to you in your future my friend. Oh, and thanks for the sub. ^_^
