My New Life isn't the Democratic Party! I haven't decided whether go Independent or Republican! In all likely hood Independent! They have cooked there goose with me! The Party let me down in 2000 that was shame on them. Now 2008 there not going to do it to me again b/c that would be shame on me!

I think in some ways, you are right. I think the Hillary Camp was handled differently by the media than the Obama camp.
I think Bill wasn't trying to frame Obama racially after SC. If anything, the Clinton's were guilty of underestimated their political opponent as some kind of pushover.
Also what do you think of the DLC?? Perhaps that's the alternate organization im the Democratic Party to turn to.

you want to know why i lost respect for the DNC, because they let the Obama camp with the help of the media frame Bill Clinton of the race card and accused Hillary of hiding behind her gender. every time someone tried to speak out against sexism, the media replied, what is she going to do? play the sexist card? And the DNC stayed silent as Hillary and Bill was being degraded.

Boowitch, let me say that I understand what you are going through. I left the Republican Party in 2006 because of all of the crap going on there, and have since become a Democrat. I understand what it's like to stand for your ideals especially when it contradicts the interest of a group you belong to.
You're right about our forefathers. We should never let loyalty to a faction or political party interfere with our greater patriotism to our country. How and why were you treated like crap??

Well, in less than a month the coalition has 3
million people and a coalition called HOUND was created to try to discredit us. We love her, always will.

To tell you the truth, boowitch, i voted for Obama in the Primary, but as other states weighed in and some of the controversies came out, I kinda wished that I voted for her. I have respect for both Democratic candidates...but there's not alot of people who say that.

Many of us get hate mail, threats, etc just for doing what we feel it right for us. I just want people to remember this holiday what it is that our forefathers fought for and that people shouldn't be harrassed for being true to themselves. Many of us were long time active members of the Party and we were treated like crap. Even at the state levels. They didn't believe that we would leave b/c of our decades involved in the Party.They were wrong.
