Wrong - direct contact is not required. You can cook with a piece of paper under the pan if you wish.

i love the music. I sent an email to Siemens, They said it is made for this ad, so no chance of getting it. check out the other household appliances ads, I think it is the same singer. but this one is my favourite.

I always thought gas cooking was the best ... until I've seen that induction is even faster than gas !!!
