This is the Heart of Darkness bar club in Phnom Penh. Half of the people are local and the other half are foreigners. It is well known so moto taxi and tuk tuk will know where it is. It starts to get busy at 11pm and the music isn't that bad, they played the top hits you would hear back at home and some techno and trance.

Went to Heart of Darkness a few nights in a row, about 2 weeks ago. Absolutely loved the place... Cheapish Drinks and Totty Galour! Recommend!

Heart is great. You can go and have a great time and not a single girl (or ladyboy) will bother you unless you initiate a conversation. True there are a lot of barang there, but they play non-stop dance / party music. If you go to any of the big Khmer clubs (i.e. Spark) they serve a limited range of alcohol (no vodka red bull for example) and they stop the dance music for sappy live Khmer love songs for 30 mins plus. << For me that is a REAL vibe killer.
